I entered into the Soft Grand Opening at Scaleback Meal Prep in Glenside. The atmosphere was positive and the vibe was unreal. The owner Wendy Lyles has developed a great idea for health conscious people…a place that you can eat healthy portioned food in a world where it to easy to just grab unhealthy foods. The chef was in the back serving a sample of the items from Scaleback’s menu. All of the food was delicious. The yams were my favorite. I loved the sweetness of the yams and was told that there was no sugar added. Amazing! I ordered a meal pack to be delivered and I can just prepare my tastebuds for something wonderful! 5 meals for $55 and she delivers! Keep feeding the world!
